1. Simple Introduction 
CST-50 impact specimen U/V notch projector is a supplemental equipment for impact test, which is mainly used to check the accuracy of the impact specimen U/V notch. Users can put the notched specimen on projector working table and compare the projection image with the standard plate to identify the quality of the specimen notch.
CTS-50 impact specimen U/V notch projector, as the special optical instrument in impact test, is widely used in many industries and areas including, metallurgy, steel plates, steel pipes, wind power generation, hardware, metal, casting, pumps, valves, solar energy, war industry, fasteners, diesel engines, electric power, iron towers, railways, shipbuilding, iron tower, machinery manufacturing, automotive industry, aerospace industry, physical and chemical laboratory and scientific researches.
The screen of the experimental equipment is marked with obvious scale, tolerance band, angle value and depth line, which can accurately read the notch error. It can be also customized to meet customer’s requirements.

3. Impact specimen notch shape
The impact specimen notch broaches are divided into V shape and U shape. The broaches adopt imported W18Cr4V material with high hardness and good abrasion resistance. Each broach can be machined to more than 20000 samples.
